Grammarly is an AI-powered copy-editing platform that gives marketers the confidence to publish content without stressing over annoying typos. The free version helps with basic spelling and grammar issues, but Grammarly’s paid plans go to a new level. It can reword, rewrite, and restructure whole sentences that would make your high school English teacher proud.

How do I use my personal dictionary?

With Grammarly’s personal dictionary feature, you can make sure that unique words in your lexicon won’t be flagged as misspelled.

If you’d like to stop flagging a particular spelling as incorrect, you can add the word to your personal dictionary by clicking the Add to dictionary button on the suggestion card:

To manage your personal dictionary, sign in to your account, go to Account, and then select Customize:

Here you can add or remove words:

  • To add a word, enter it in the corresponding field in the Customize menu and click Add.

  • To remove a word from your personal dictionary, hover over the word that you wish to remove and click on the trash can icon that will appear next to it.

Keep in mind that only the words containing the English language letters, hyphens, and some other symbols can be added to your personal dictionary.

How to Search for Prospects

  1. Create a new campaign or Add Prospects to an existing campaign

  2. Choose the Prospect Search option to find new prospects.

  3. Add desired filters in the left sidebar and watch the resulting prospects on the right. If you only want to limit the results to one prospect per company, select the "Show 1 prospect/company" switch at the top of the filter panel. If there are more prospects in a company than what is displayed, press "Show more" to display 20 more prospects in the company.

  1. To add one or more prospects to your campaign, select them by using the checkboxes and clicking the "Unlock & Add" button on top of the prospects. If you only want to add one prospect, you can click on the "Unlock & Add" button on the prospect row. Adding a prospect to the campaign will unlock the details, and cost you 1 credit.
