Reply.io is an AI-powered sales automation platform present in the market that supports sales and marketing teams. It allows you to engage with potential prospects through cold emails, SMS, cold calls, Whatsapp, and more to help them land meetings with prospects who might be interested in your product/service.
With the Ramp-Up mode for email accounts, you can push your email accounts' deliverability to the next level, and safely reach hundreds of emails sent per day instead of dozens, without any manual work involved.
How to set up and enable the ramp-up mode:
1. Log into Reply and navigate to Settings > Email accounts.
2. Scroll down to the Safety settings drop-down and open it.
3. Toggle on the Daily Ramp-Up sub-section.
4. Set the Starting amount within the allowed 40-60 range, and the Ramp-Up value within the 10-25 range.
- Starting amount is the number of emails that will be sent on day 1.
- Ramp-Up value defines how many more emails will be sent every next day.
5. Click Save. You're all set!

How to create a clip?
There are two way to create a clip:
Creating a clip from a transcript
1. Click on the meeting from which you'd like to create a clip and go to the transcript tab.
2. Highlight the portion of the text you'd like to include in the clip and click Create clip.
Creating a clip from the recording
1. Click on the meeting from which you'd like to create a clip.
2. Click Create clip.
3. In the pop-up window, you can use the slider to select the portion of the call you'd like to include in the clip.
4. Edit your clip title (if desired).
5. Click Save. Your Clip is ready to be shared!

Algorithmic impact assessments (AIAs) are tools that set out frameworks and processes for assessing possible societal impacts, both beneficial or adverse, of AI systems before the systems are in use (with ongoing monitoring often advised). These assessments are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the broad spectrum of impacts that AI technologies might engender, encompassing both advantageous and unfavorable outcomes. Notably, AIAs are conducted prior to the implementation of AI systems, with the recommendation of continuous monitoring even after deployment.
