3 TOOLS 🔧

Proven AI tools that your team can use today:

ChatGPT - The obvious choice and still the king. However what is most important is to learn how to prompt it well — this is the best starting point for anyone diving deeper in using AI for business. However it is just the starting point and alternatives are popping up every week, we’ll cover those in next episodes.

Claude 2 - is a next-generation AI assistant based on Anthropic's research into training helpful, honest, and harmless AI systems. With its recent release of v2 it poses a real alternative to GPT-4., and our team already use it daily. Claude is much faster than GPT-4 and has a much bigger context space, however results vary on use case.

RunwayML 2 - AI Multimodal AI system that can generate novel videos with text, images or video clips. If you haven’t tried yet, pick and image and use Runway to turn it into a short video. Or create an image in Midjourney and make it alive. This is where content creation is heading — and very fast. The results can be incredible.

3 PROCESSES 💡

It’s not all about AI. In fact it’s all about humans.
Some ideas on how to power them up:

SOPs - Standard Operating Practices are what makes that chain restaurant sandwich taste the same wherever you go. They’re an incredibly useful tool no matter the size of the company. Using the right standard operating procedure software will make an enormous difference in how this process is managed.

SOPs typically have 3 parts:

You can use tools like Tango, Scribe, Trainual. Learn much more and see some examples.

Automate your social media content - Are you familiar with Zapier? One of our clients, Make.com is a cheaper and, some say, more capable alternative. Here’s how you can use Make to schedule content to all your social networks, automate the posting process, review posts, and schedule new content in just a few clicks. Ping this to your marketing team! Use this template to automatically retrieve social media records from Airtable, add them to Buffer and send Slack notifications.

BPM! - for those of us who are not DJs (not many are not DJs these days), BPM stands for Business Process Management. Business process management is a discipline, or practice, through which companies can improve their processes. Rather than taking things for granted, we analyze, measure and monitor current processes. From there, optimization starts.

This could be through streamlining existing processes, outsourcing certain business activities, or automating repetitive sub-processes.. Much more here.

THE NERD CORNER 🤓

Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs): GANs are a fascinating process in AI that involves two neural networks competing against each other. One network, called the generator, generates synthetic data, such as images or text, while the other network, called the discriminator, tries to distinguish between real and synthetic data. This process creates a feedback loop where the generator continually improves its ability to generate realistic data, while the discriminator gets better at distinguishing between real and fake data. GANs have been used for various applications, including generating realistic images, creating deepfakes, and enhancing data augmentation techniques.
